What we store

Fast stores the account details you give us (name, email, business name), the WhatsApp contacts and messages your workspace sends and receives, the answers your workflows collect, and logs needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

Only to provide Fast to your workspace: delivering messages, running your automations, showing your inbox and reports, and sending you service emails. We do not sell personal data or use your customers’ messages for advertising.

Who we share it with

Messages pass through the WhatsApp provider you connect (Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API or Deropo). Lead data is sent to the CRM webhook only if you set one up. Our hosting provider stores the data in its data centres.

Your customers

Your workspace is the controller of its customers’ data. Customers can reply STOP at any time to stop automated messages. Delete a contact to remove their messages and answers.

Security and retention

Provider secrets are encrypted at rest. Data is kept while your workspace is active and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request to support@zointy.com.
