The service
Fast is a WhatsApp automation tool operated by Zointy (BeeBlown Media). You are responsible for the WhatsApp account and provider you connect, and for the messages your workspace sends.
Messaging rules
Only message people who gave you their number and agreed to hear from you. Follow WhatsApp’s Business and Commerce policies and Indian law, including TRAI and the DPDP Act. Honour opt-outs — Fast stops automated messages when a customer replies STOP. Don’t send spam, illegal content, or messages that impersonate someone else.
Availability
We work to keep Fast available but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. WhatsApp providers may limit, block or charge for messages under their own terms.
Suspension
We may suspend workspaces that break these terms or put the service or other customers at risk.
